How to Use Straker Enterprise TMS Teams App

Use the following Enterprise TMS test account credentials to generate a token and connect to the Enterprise account within the Microsoft Teams app:

Follow these simple steps to manage your document translations seamlessly within Microsoft Teams.

The bot will provide a list of available actions and commands to guide you.
You can also access the available commands by using the 'View Prompts' option.
Connect to Your Enterprise Account
Before you start using Straker Enterprise TMS, you need to connect your Microsoft Teams account to your Enterprise account.
Command:
connect
This will link your Teams account with Enterprise account and allow you to access translation features.
You can use an existing Enterprise access token or generate a new one by clicking the ‘Generate Token in Enterprise Connect’ button. This will prompt you to log in to the Enterprise TMS using the credentials mentioned above. After a successful login, you will be redirected to the Enterprise Connect app, where you can generate a new token. Copy the newly generated token, paste it into the input field, and click the ‘Connect’ button.
Once connected, select the community and update community resources to start uploading documents for translation.
In the ‘Select Community Resources’ dialog The Project field is mandatory, while the Workflow and Primary Filter fields are optional. If not selected, the default workflow and primary filter will be used. For testing, please select the following community resources.

View Community Resources
View your default community resources which were set after connecting to the Enterprise account

File Types Supported
To view the supported file types that can be uploaded to the Teams app, please use the following command.

Upload Document for Translation
Ready to upload a document for translation? Simply use the "Attach file" feature in Teams.
Action: Use the "Attach file" option to upload your document for translation.
Once uploaded, TMS will process the document for translation and send the callback when the translation is completed.
Download Documents
Once your received the translated document you can easily download them within teams app.
Action: After completion, you will receive a notification with a link to download the translated document.
Track Your Uploaded Documents
Stay updated on the status of your uploaded documents.
Command:
status of my documents
This will show you the current status of all your documents, including in-progress, completed, or failed, cancelled and deleted translations.
You can also download the complete document using Export button and refresh the status of the document using Refresh button
Cancel In-Progress Documents through Bulk Document Status View
If you want to cancel a translation that's still in progress, you can do so through the bulk document status view.
Action: In the bulk document status view, click the cancel button next to the document you want to cancel.
This will stop the translation for that particular document.
Update Community Resources
Update your community resources anytime to configure or change the project, workflow, and filter for uploading documents. The Project field is mandatory, while the Workflow and Primary Filter fields are optional. If not selected, the default workflow and primary filter will be used. Command: update resources
Update Token
Make sure to update the existing token if it has expired.
Command:
update token
This will refresh your access token to ensure uninterrupted service.
Disconnect from Enterprise Account
When you're done, or if you no longer want to use the current linked Enterprise account, you can disconnect your account from Teams app.
Command:
disconnect
This will disconnect your Teams account from Straker’s Enterprise account.
You can also use disconnect option from Home tab.
Home Tab
The Home Tab serves as the main dashboard in Straker Enterprise TMS app, providing users with a clear and straightforward overview of the app and its features. It offers quick access to key operations and helps guide users through their tasks. When a user selects an option to perform an operation within the Home Tab, the Teams app generates a response in the chat section, providing the corresponding information or actions. Here’s an overview of how the Home Tab appears and enhances the user experience:
